What Personal data we collect:

We collect information necessary to deliver our coaching, consulting and facilitation services.  This may include providing an Insights `Discovery profile.

Data collected may include:

Identity data: Your full name and job title

Contact data: Your email address and phone number

Profile Results: Your Insights Discovery Personal Profile (containing descriptions of your working style, communication preferences and blind spots)

Other information pertaining to facilitation feedback surveys or client enquiries where we are instructed through a contract with your employer.

How we use this data

Collecting this data helps us understand what you are looking for from us which enables us to deliver improved products and services.

Specifically we may use data:

  • For our own internal records.

  • To contact you in response to a specific enquiry.

  • To send you promotional emails about products and services offered and other things that we think might be relevant to you.

  • To send you promotional mailings or to call you about products, services and offers that we think might be relevant to you.

  • To contact you via email, telephone or mail for market research reasons.

  • To generate, interpret and deliver your Insights Discovery Profile and to provide you with associated coaching or team workshops.

Why we collect data & our lawful basis (UK GDPR)

Under the UK GDPR, we must have a lawful basis to process your information.

For individuals our lawful basis is your consent.  Where you directly agree to take the evaluator in respect of Insights Discovery Profiling or where you opt-in to receive marketing information, however where we have relied upon your consent for any reason, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. We will tell you how to withdraw your consent when we ask for it, however, you can also withdraw it by emailing us, if that is easier for you..

Who we share your data with:

To create and store your profile, your information is shared with Insights Learning & Development Ltd.

Data Storage:  Your evaluator responses are processed through the Insights Online database, which is hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centres in the UK.  You can read there Evaluator policy here.

Accredited Practitioner:  As your Licenced Practitioner, we will have access to your generated profile.  If we are running a group or corporate workshop, your profile may also be shared with your employer's designated programme administrator or your HR team, depending on our agreement with them.

Insights Privacy Policy:  Insights act as a separate data controller for their system.  You can read the official policy to see how they govern their site here

How long we keep your data for:

Our records:  We retain your contact data for 5 years following the completion of our coaching/facilitation sessions, after which it will be securely deleted.  We do not keep hard copies of customer data.

Your Data Protection Rights

You have complete control over your information.  Your rights include:

Your right of access - You have a right to ask us for copies of your personal information we hold on you:

Your right to rectification - You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.

Your right to erasure - You can request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances (and Insights) to delete your profile from their systems.

Your right to withdraw consent (for profiling) - You can withdraw your consent to participate in profiling at any time prior to the generation of the profile by us as the Licenced Practitioner. 

Your right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that we the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us, in under certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us (and profile) to another organisation, or you in certain circumstances. 

How to complain

If you have any concerns about the use of your personal data, you should first make a complaint to us.  If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.  If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us on the details given at the top of this notice.
