What is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery a personality profiling tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It was developed to help people understand themselves and others using colour energies to understand their strengths and the value they bring to the wider team.
Insights creates a universal language of colour, which can be used by all. This shared language quickly reduces misunderstandings, normalises differences and creates a safe foundation for honest dialogue. Used effectively, it significantly increases interpersonal skills, management, leadership, team performance and organisational culture.
The four colour energies are Fiery Red, Sunshine `Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. Everyone is a unique blend and mix of all four colour energies which determines how and why people behave as they do.
