Karen facilitates learning either face to face or virtually, depending on the purposes. Learning sessions range from 60-90 minutes for a 1-2-1 online sessions to half day and full-day sessions for groups.

We tap into a selection of traditional L&D tools and techniques and call upon the depths of knowledge and accreditations Karen has achieved throughout her 30 years in the field of Learning & Development. These include but are not limited to Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and Insights Discovery®.

Insights Discovery®

At Karen Wilcox Personal & Professional Development, we specialise in profiling to help individuals and organisations better understand themselves and their teams. Our services include workshops, coaching, and consulting to support personal and professional growth and development.

Insights Discovery® uses a shared language of colour energies from Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue.
